The craziness begins as Tokyo Highway Patrolwomen Natsumi and Miyuki get off to a bad start when Miyuki busts Natsumi for reckless moped driving on her way to work. Things go from bad to worse when they find out they're going to be partners!First four episodes are edited version of the original OVA series, trimmed down and adjusted for airing time and use new opening and ending that the anime TV series use.
