Shitamachi Rocket focuses on Kohei Tsukuda, who dreams of developing a rocket engine at his 200-employee factory, but spends a great deal of time fighting arrogant executives at Imperial Heavy Industries, stingy lenders, and a Japanese business culture that always seems to look down on the little guy.
