TOP is a show that is completely dedicated to the star guest.  In every issue of Karina Kross is calling a star, and asks 3x co-hosts to prepare unique headings.  All headings either otherwise associated with the guest and held in separate mini-studios.  In breaks between visits to rooms, there is communication and interactives With Karina KrossAt the end of the show, the guest chooses whose room he liked more.
