The protagonist Anton makes a bet with the rector of the university that he will "raise" any Ukrainian village and make something like "Silicon Valley" out of it. Actually, the rector grasps these words and offers the guy to change the village of Antonovka in six months. Together with Anton, his friends - math genius Bogdan and blogger Milana - are going on the trip.
