Policeman Gosha Adamyan wants to head the operational department in Sochi. An enterprising guy has every chance to get a position: he easily copes with any business, using numerous contacts at the resort. But everything changes when Captain Vorontsov from Moscow appears in the department. Adamyan's sister Diana, an aspiring journalist, likes a principled man, but also Kira, the daughter of the head of the local Department of Internal Affairs, whom Gosha is in love with. And now both Adamyan's promotion and his personal life are under threat.
