He also attends a roda de samba: an intimate circle of samba musicians, in this case, all women. Finally, Jurre learns the passinho, a dance that is making a global impression on the new generation.

Max Terpstra visits the Italian island of Sardinia. A beloved beach destination, Max ventures inland to experience authentic Sardinian life. He encounters centuries-old Sardinian traditions, such as the unique singing style of canto a tenore. The village of Orotelli holds special significance for Max, as this is where his father was born. After a quest, Max meets some family members. He concludes his journey with a shepherd, where he tastes the island's delicacy: Casu Marzu, or cheese infested with rotten maggots.
