Tyler Florence takes two common, inexpensive cuts of meat and transforms them into surprising meals. Tyler Florence is making steakhouse classics that home cooks can conquer in their own kitchen, starting with The Burger -- his ideal blend of beef, made with the right techniques for shaping, seasoning and searing.
