One of the houses of a fashionable cottage town is the killing of servants. In committing a crime, the young man Anton is accused. Martha, wife of Anton, is specially arranged to work for the same residential complex, to prove the innocence of her beloved. In parallel with Martha, the private detective Maxim, who turns out to be Comrade Anton from his youth, is engaged in an investigation into the assassination. Marti and Maxim are assisted by two female servants - Rita and Faith.
