The wardens and police officers pay a visit to a ywoman, whose insurance for her dog, Spray, ran out around four months ago. Birmingham dog warden Kelly Evans pays a visit to a woman who has four dogs and eight puppies in her house and seven cats locked in the bathroom.Ă‚Â
