Episode 1
The presenter is in Brighton, helping Lauren and Mark de-clutter their two-bed home, while his team of trusty builders give it a value-for-money makeover. The house is packed to the rafters with everything from vintage furniture to family heirlooms, ceramics, clothing, shoes, and bags. Thirteen years' worth of memories are hard to part with and after a slow first day, Nick is forced to stage a big intervention.

To make matters worse, mum Joanne and twin daughters Amy and Annabel have a passion for charity shop clothes. Nick's team transfers all the family's possessions to a village hall before embarking on that makeover.
