In this episode the nursery throws its doors open to a very special international class of children, from across Britain and around the world. Harlo has travelled from Los Angeles to attend the nursery, but what do the other children make of his American ways and in particular his love of guns? When Reilly, whose mum comes from South America, develops a crush on Harlo, will he reciprocate or is this destined to be unrequited love? Syrian refugee Omar has a tough time making friends in the playground, but does anyone stick up for him when the other children gang up on him?
