Deshalb unternehmen Mary Tjon-Joe-Pin und Jon Pierre zwei Schritte, um das zu ändern: Mary hilft zuerst den Hausbesitzern dabei, den Verkaufspreis ihres aktuellen Hauses durch eine kreative Umgestaltung zu erhöhen, während ihr Partner Jon ihnen bei der Suche nach einer neuen Immobilie hilft. Gemeinsam verwenden sie die Gewinne, um das neue Zuhause ihrer Kund:innen in das Haus ihrer Träume zu verwandeln.
