Nine year-old Luke meets fellow quad amputee Alex for an inspiring exchange and a look into what his future could look like plus Anna brings together an all-female line-up to help boos Kimmi's self-esteem and body confidence in the Naked Brigade.

Yinka and Dr Alex test the teens' knowledge on the female anatomy and in a meaningful Naked Exchange two transgender males discuss their transition and surgery journeys. Anna and the Naked Brigade head to Cardiff to meet Laura whose body confidence has been affected by their health issues. The team take part in a naked bike ride to help Laura overcome their lack in confidence.
