Jools welcomes Grammy- and Mercury Prize-winning British musician and producer James Blake, who returns to the show with his seventh studio and top three album Trying Times.From New York State, blues-rock superstar Joe Bonamassa performs a couple of numbers, including the title track from his 2025 album Breakthrough. He also joins Jools at the piano to discuss their love of BB King in tribute to the legendary icon who would have celebrated his 100th birthday this year.From Leicester, rising singer-songwriter Sekou, who made his debut on the show in 2023, returns with a neo-soul pop sound, performing his singles Dangerous Lover and Catching Bodies.From Arkansas is the multi-award-winning country star Ashley McBryde, who performs the track Bottle Tells Me So from her fifth studio album Wild, which pulls together 15 years of songwriting.Also joining the line-up from Berlin and Paris are Mandy, Indiana, who all met in Manchester's underground music scene. They perform the bristling techno track Cursive, taken from their second album, URGH.Completing the line-up and chatting with Jools at the piano is Jocelyn Brown, who hails from North Carolina and is now based in London and celebrating more than 40 years in music. They discuss her musical journey and the success of her breakout single and dance floor anthem Somebody Else's Guy in 1984.

Now a defining voice of her generation, this album sees her 'escape into a dark fairytale of her own making, where childhood relics, monsters and memory collide'.From New Jersey, making his debut on the show is the prolific and multi-Grammy-winning producer, songwriter and musician Jack Antonoff, best known for his work with the likes of Lorde, Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift as well as his work with his band Bleachers. He chats to Jools at the piano and performs solo the Bleachers track i can't believe you're gone, which is taken from their album everyone for ten minutes.Returning to the show following a huge world tour across the US, Asia and Europe is south London soul singer Samm Henshaw who performs a couple of songs from his second album It Could Be Worse.From New York, and completing the musical line-up, are electronic band Fcukers, who perform their track L.U.C.K.Y taken from their debut album Ö, which presents their signature sound and vision 'built around 90s/00s house music, tasteful trip hop, big beat, indie rock and everything in between'.Also joining Jools to chat at the piano is music video director Tim Pope to discuss his forthcoming book I Shoot Rock Stars, which documents the wild adventures of a music video director and delves into his catalogue of rock ‘n' roll stories with The Cure, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Freddie Mercury and many more.
