Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks - #1
Head coach Mike Macdonald uses the 1990s Chicago Bulls team as an example of what happens when the entire team starts playing as one and getting everyone involved. This messaging is essentially what Macdonald is talking about with his "12 as One" mentality. Sam Darnold and Cooper Kupp resonate with LeBron James' decision to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers. A conversation between Macdonald and Emmanwori is a great look at Macdonald's mindset when it comes to outside opinions. In this episode, Emmanwori tells Macdonald that he wants to be out at practice with his teammates, but he doesn't want the fans to see him in a boot. Macdonald essentially says that outside noise doesn't matter and the most important thing is for Emmanwori to take care of what he needs to get healthy.

Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks - #2
Head coach Mike Macdonald sets a standard and when it's not followed, there are real consequences. During practice, linebacker Derick Hall kept getting too close to quarterback Sam Darnold and Macdonald, who wants to keep the quarterback safe, was not happy with that. This led to an interaction that shows how much Macdonald doesn't mess around. All of last season, the players talked about how much shadow boxing meant to the locker room in terms of being a connected team. During the episode, the Hard Knocks crew detailed how exactly to play and why the players like the game so much. Marshawn Lynch is always going to be himself and he made an appearance during Seattle's football fest at Lumen Field as a ratings adjuster for Madden.

Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks - #3
Fans got a look at how accountable head coach Mike Macdonald is when he detailed his coaching philosophy from his first year. The episode also gave receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba his flowers and captured the moment cornerback Devon Witherspoon walked into the locker room after signing his contract extension. A visually interesting feature on Smith-Njigba that detailed what makes him such a great route runner. During a practice, in the episode, Macdonald can be seen on the side saying "Jesus. This (expletive) guy," after Smith-Njigba beat Witherspoon and caught a touchdown. Macdonald also call him the "Silver Surfer."Second-year receiver Montorie Foster Jr. has dealt with since entering the league. The undrafted free agent spent time with the Seahawks during his first year before getting injured. He went home and became a substitute teacher and got his real estate license. Now he's back trying to carve out a role for himself. Witherspoon is a player who is always showing love to his teammates, and after signing his contract, his teammates showed him the same love.
