Van Ray y su compañero, Andrés Hayes, están en una operación para detener a un grupo que vende coches de gama alta robados cuando algo va terriblemente mal. Deaqon Hayes, el hermano de Andrés, vuelve a sus raíces en Los Angeles desde Nueva York para averiguar que ha pasado y quién ha sido el responsable. El equipo de Van y Deaq bajo la supervisión del Teniente Wilhelmina "Billie" Chambers tratarán de detener a los asesinos, pero el líder de la banda resultara ser más duro de lo que esperaban.
