For their final Judges' Choice challenge, Artists discover that they must do an American traditional style tattoo, depicted by a Tattoo Titans band poster in hatch print.

The Skins want tattoos that show off where they're from and how far they've gotten. In the Artist's Choice round, it's up to the Artists to think of a creative tattoo design using photos of a dream catcher and stacks of money as the inspiration for their tattoo. In the final round, the Judges provide the Artists with an ancient tattoo tool used over 10,000 years ago.
