On the eve of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, champion 100m sprinter Jonnie Peacock sets out to help five young amputees realise their sporting potential. Over the course of a year-long training camp, Jonnie uses state-of-the-art technology, inspirational guest coaches and his own experiences to get them to achieve things they never thought possible. In the first of two programmes, he asks the hopefuls to set themselves ambitious goals and shows them how to run the 100m on prosthetic blades for the first time.

Jonnie Peacock continues his groundbreaking training camp for five young amputees, bringing in help from a world-class sprinter and rewarding the hopefuls by sending them round a rally track with the world's only tetraplegic female driver. As the year-long course nears its end, the five young amputees have to face fears, dig deep and push themselves to their limits if they are to achieve the life-changing goals they have set themselves.
