The USA has sent a representative to the Miss International pageant since its inception in 1960. The only year a representative was not sent was in 2006.

Miss U.S. International 2015 was held on June 25, 2015 at the International Palms Resort & Conference Center in Orlando, Florida. Lindsay Becker was crowned the winner by Samantha Brooks of California at the end of the event. 26 contestants competed for the crown. Lindsay will represent the USA in the Miss International 2015 beauty pageant in Tokyo.
