Napoleon's Village

Public officer Eiji Asia is sent to Kagura Village in Hoshikawa city. Most villagers here are older than 65 years old with an average annuel income of just only 870.000 yen. He has been tasked to encourage the public officers over there and to revive the village of it's current state.
