Description

Wildlife photographer Charlie Hamilton James has bought 100 acres of the Peruvian Rainforest - without even looking at it first. Situated at the end of a road, he hopes it's a strategic purchase which will stop loggers illegally entering the Manu National Park and cutting down trees.

Charlie discovers his hundred acres aren't what he expected when his land has a squatter, coca crops and some dangerous neighbours. His belief in what he's doing soon is reignited when he visits a local NGO that have replanted a large area of forest. Andy Whitworth, a biologist helps Charlie to find a rare tree at risk of been cut down within the day.
