Description

Un tueur en série particulièrement vicieux harcèle la côte du Norfolk à proximité de la centrale nucléaire de Larksoken. La presse l’a qualifié de «Whistler» parce que des témoins ont entendu un cantique siffler à proximité des meurtres. Sa marque de commerce est la lettre 'L' gravée sur le front de ses victimes.
