During the spring of 1941, Richard Sorge, a Soviet secret agent with the codename Ramsay, is working undercover in Tokyo masquerading as a German journalist. When he finds out from Eugene Ott, the German Ambassador to Japan, that Hitler has decided to invade the U.S.S.R. Sorge immediately sends a report to Moscow warning of the threat of danger, but the exact date of the invasion is still unknown.
