Not with a Bang begins with a spoof episode of Tomorrow's World, in which presenter Judith Hann accidentally spills a chemical which kills almost everyone on the planet, then disappates completely. Four survivors survive due to being sealed in somewhere and then come together during the year after the event. They base themselves in a country pub and wonder if anyone else has survived.
