Un road-trip totalement déjanté où « los tres amigos » sillonnent le continent américain et font escale au Texas, au Mexique, à Las Vegas et à San Francisco. Au programme : découvertes des spécialités culinaires et expériences touristiques locales… mais pas que ! Leur périple les mène au Mexique. Là, ils goûtent à la tequila, mangent des poivrons frais, pêchent du poisson, dégustent le meilleur petit-déjeuner du monde et testent la salade César originale...

Fiesta Forever

Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix head to Galicia in north-west Spain, starting with a search for shellfish in Cambados with some truly inspirational women, then on to discover the heroics of winemaking in Ribeira Sacra. The trio finish their culinary pilgrimage in Santiago de Compostela, celebrating the end of their trip with the local tipple of orujo and a tasty delicacy of goose barnacles.
