Along the way there are tips on getting the best sunbed, tackling drinking during the day and different ideas for lunchtimes. Plus, how do the kitchen staff pull off a last-minute menu change for 1,000 guests?

Back at the resort, the women from Crewe uncover a few extra amenities, while behind the scenes entertainer Nico steps out of line.

As their stay comes to an end, the Greens still have a few more tricks up their sleeves. The family's nifty hacks and tips for making the most of the hotel do not stop until they check out. All-inclusive newbies the Wests are also preparing to head home, but have yet to find their feet in the world of all-inclusive before the transfer arrives. There is no time to relax for the hotel's staff as they prepare for the Spanish-themed night. For Mohammed, that means a last-minute dash for some all-important ingredients.
