Description
Vue du ciel, la guerre s'éclaire d'une lumière nouvelle. Elle commence en 1937 quand Guernica, Chongqing et Shanghaï sont écrasées par les bombes, et s'arrête lorsque les Américains larguent deux bombes atomiques sur Hiroshima et Nagasaki. Dans cette nouvelle forme de guerre, les premières victimes sont les civils. La Seconde Guerre a fait basculer la planète dans l'ère du bombardement aérien.

The Spiral
This is not a tale of invasion and great battles, but an account of a clearly-defined military strategy. It began in 1937 when Guernica and the Chinese cities of Chongqing and Shanghai were devastated by bombs. The destruction of civilian populations from the air culminated in Hiroshima in 1945.
