Gli uomini di Bin-Khalid, alla ricerca di un "forziere" rubato durante un'operazione militare, cercano anche Eric Carter e Ben Grimes. Nel frattempo, Rebecca Ingram arriva al CTU a Washington per discutere una questione banale con Mullins, il capo del CTU. La moglie di Eric, Nicole, lo aiuta a uccidere gli aggressori e lui chiama Ingram, che ha sostenuto l'operazione. Credendo che Mullins è una talpa, Nicole dice a Eric di non fidarsi della polizia e dell'FBI. Eric convince Isaac, ex fidanzato di Nicole e capo di una gang locale, a proteggerla fino alla conclusione delle indagini sull'accaduto. Ingram parla a Shalowitz di Mullins e ottiene il suo aiuto per aiutare Eric a trovare Grimes. Stiles lo scopre e ne parla con Mullins, che affronta Ingram. Lei lo rende incosciente con un taser e continua ad aiutare Eric, che trova finalmente Grimes con la cassaforte, che contiene un drive USB con una lista di cellule dormienti di Bin-Khalid. A quel punto vengono attaccati dai terroristi, che Eric uccide. Grimes scappa con il drive USB e poi chiama Eric chiedendo dei soldi per restituirlo. Nel frattempo, Drew Phelps parla al suo insegnante, il signor Harris, delle affiliazioni terroristiche di Amira Dudaev...

Grimes dà Eric un'ora per arrivare con due milioni di dollari per poter prendere la chiavetta USB. Isac dice ad Eric dei quattro milioni in contanti sequestrati di recente dalla MPD. Ingram blocca Mullins in una stanza e lo convince ad aiutare Eric nel dimostrare la sua innocenza. Nel frattempo, Shalowitz apprende che Mizrani è la persona che ha violato la rete del direttore e ha fatto trapelare informazioni utili ai terroristi.
