Determined to move away from the aesthetics side of plastic surgery, Dan invests his own money to secure a high profile operation for an African aid charity, Geal. RuairÄ‚Â's dad Franny goes to see Patrick and he encourages him to enjoy his last few months by coming up with a bucket list. Dave blackmails Lorcan.
