Shinozaki Mikoto has always felt that his life had no purpose. Day-in and day-out, he felt like he did the exact same thing over and over again. However, when he encounters a new girl at school one day, she invites him to go bicycling with her, and he soon develops a strong love for both the girl and bicycling. Now feeling invigorated, Shinozaki Mikoto hopes to become the best cyclist in the entire world.
