User-Uploaded Content

DMCA Takedown Process

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poland and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Eris maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law. Users who receive multiple valid copyright complaints may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
