And when a young tearaway steals the wrong man's laptop, his best friend Max becomes embroiled in a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse that goes right to the heart of the newly elected government.

Tariq (described as a young tearaway) steals a laptop, not suspecting that it belongs to one of the most influential figures in the DCP, John Speers. His friend Max starts to worry when Tariq subsequently vanishes.
