This time he visits the north east and discovers great food at a tiny beach shack, inside a converted shipping container, and at one of the largest treehouses in the world. And chef Freddy Bird heads off on an 11-hour trek to the very tip of Scotland to a restaurant in a tiny hamlet of just nine people.
