Kano Haruko, é uma assistente de loja carismática, que tem um ótimo senso pra moda, sendo destaque em revistas da mesma, no entanto, ela é incapaz de desistir de seu sonho, de ser professora do ensino médio. Haruko, é convidada por sua ex-professora para ensinar japonês aos estrangeiros por três meses, assim, ela se torna uma professora estagiária onde estudantes estrangeiros com personalidades fortes, provam sua capacidade de realmente se tornar uma professora.
