Jung Hee Wan é uma jovem de 24 anos deprimida que perdeu a vontade de viver. Um dia, ela recebe uma visita inesperada de seu amigo de infância e primeiro amor Kim Ram Woo. No entanto, essa não é uma visita comum, pois Ram Woo morreu seis anos atrás. Desde então, ele acabou se tornando um ceifador que guia almas, e agora veio informar Hee Wan de que ela só teria mais uma semana de vida.
