The show features a special visit to 'Coronation Street' featuring Richard Branson and Lord Grantham having a difficult decision to make in 'Downton Abbey'. The judges of 'The X Factor' have also put together a sketch for the show, which also features famous faces asking the public to pledge money to various charities that Text Santa supports.
