Description
The Duke of Tottering Towers, the 34th Duke, is an eccentric inventor who is on the verge of losing his manor. Daffy, an American cousin, and Dick, the housekeeper's nephew, help the nobleman to devise ways to get money and keep the bailiffs at bay.
