Park Ji Sang is a doctor that specialises in hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery with who is infected with a disease called VBT-01. After volunteer work in Russia, he goes to Korea with his friend Joo Hyun Woo to work in Taemin Cancer Hospital. There he meets a highly capable but snooty doctor named Yoo Ri Ta. When patients start showing strange symptoms to a weird virus, it is up to them and their friends to find out the source.
