Description

Masterchef judge and Aussie chef John Torode visits the country of his ancestors and discovers a food scene undergoing a genuine renaissance. From the increasingly diverse cities of Dublin, Cork and Galway to the lush grasslands of its counties like Wicklow and Kerry to it's stunning coastline, John tastes and cooks his way through some of the best natural produce on earth. He meets an amazing array of Irish food champions from seaweed foragers to salmon smokers to bean to bar chocolate makers, enjoying sumptuous dishes in beautiful landscapes and the warmest hospitality and best craic in the world.
