I Am Frankenhouse
In the season premiere, cameras will follow the couple as they grapple with Mike's decision to leave his corporate job and commit full-time toĂ‚Â their growing home renovation and design business. While they consider, Mike and DeneseĂ‚Â will tour their next project, a 1970s "Frankenhouse" with wasted spaces, mismatched kitchen cabinets and a dangerous spiral staircase. The duo's design vision will maximize the main level floorplan, creating a dream kitchen with aĂ‚Â unique island and dining table combo and a kids' drop zone with tons of storage. In addition, Mike and Denese's dads, master carpentersĂ‚Â John ButlerĂ‚Â andĂ‚Â Peter Doyle, willĂ‚Â offer their expertise andĂ‚Â build one-of-a-kind pieces forĂ‚Â theĂ‚Â renovations, such as a barn door, built-in cabinetry and repurposed furniture.Ă‚Â Ă‚Â
